Christians,
especially those who are believers, should be praising the Lord each day by
offering a prayer regardless of how brief it might be. With the harried lives
we’re living, it’s not always that easy to formulate one, and many might be
homebound for one reason or another. This
is especially true now with the COVID-19 virus preventing us from going to
church, which why I’ve decided to offer a weekly supplication on Sundays designed
to suffice this need. If anyone desires to leave a comment regarding the prayer
offering for today, please feel free to do so.
“May
the glory of our Lord be forever, and may He rejoice in His works. Blessed is
the name of the Lord from this moment and forevermore. From the rising of the
sun to its setting, let the glorious name of the Lord be praised. High above all
nations is our Lord, and above the heavens is His glory. Oh, our Lord, your
name is forever and your fame is timeless. Our Lord has set up His throne in
the heavens and His kingdom rules overall. Let the heavens rejoice and let the
earth exalt Him by proclaiming that “The Lord is King.” Our Lord is King, our
Lord was King, and He shall be king forevermore.
