THIS SUNDAY'S SUPPLICATION TO THE LORD #19

Christians, especially those who are believers, should be praising the Lord each day by offering a prayer regardless of how brief it might be. With the harried lives we’re living, it’s not always that easy to formulate one, and many might be homebound for one reason or another.  This is especially true now with the COVID-19 virus preventing us from going to church, which why I’ve decided to offer a weekly supplication on Sundays designed to suffice this need. If anyone desires to leave a comment regarding the prayer offering for today, please feel free to do so.

Man should forever be God-fearing wherever he might be, both private and in public. He needs to acknowledge the truth, and speak this truth in his heart. He needs to rise early and proclaim the following:

Master of all worlds. It is not on account of our own righteousness that we offer our supplications to you Lord, we do it because of your great compassion. What are we Lord? What is our life? What is our goodness and virtue? What is our help and our strength and might dear Lord? What can we say to you Lord? Indeed, all the heroes are nothing in your all-seeing sight, the men of renown are if they’ve never had existed, the wise as if they’re without any knowledge, the intelligent as if they’re lacking any insight; most of their actions have no value in your sight, their entire life is only a fleeting breath. Man is not far above the beast, for everything is vanity.

And with this, let us all answer, AMEN
