NONFICTION BOOK REVIEW #2020-051 - God's Grace For the Church: Exposition of Ephesians

UNDERSTANDING THE IMPORTANCE OF PAUL'S LETTER TO ESPHIANS

According to what I found on the internet, Paul's letter to the Ephesians is one of the most comprehensive letters written by Paul to explain to us the nature of God and God's great plan and purpose for His creation, especially the future of humanity. Sadly, it gets much misunderstood by almost everyone who reads it.

It is for this reason why I loved what the author, Martin Murphy, has written in this book. According to the book's description, and rightly so, the book is an exposition of Paul's letter to the church at Ephesus. It brings the grace of God to the forefront of the Christian experience.

Mr. Murphy, in writing of his book, cuts to the chase to teach his readers the simplistic ideas that Scripture has to offer regarding this topic. Of course, there are in the Scriptures spiritual topics that are unavoidable, and the author makes no attempts in circumventing them. At the same time, there are controversial disagreements that he does engage his readers in the pages of this book.

The essential purpose of Paul's letter had been to spread, making known God's plan of salvation throughout the Christian world in the same manner. [EPHESIANS 3:7-11]

For wanting to enlighten his readers in regards to the importance of Paul's to the Christian faith, I’ve given Mr. Murphy the 5 STARS he deserves.
